Shipping and Delivery Policy

GenePeptides.com is operated by Debonaire LLC d/b/a GP Research.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and handled once in transit.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day will generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Processing times may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped primarily via UPS. In certain circumstances, we may use alternative carriers, such as USPS or FedEx, when deemed appropriate based on package size, weight, destination, or service availability.
The following shipping options may be available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (free for orders $300+) – We select the most appropriate carrier and service method (most commonly UPS Ground)
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air – If selected, shipments may use UPS Next Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver at our discretion
We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier when necessary. Equivalent delivery timeframes will be maintained.
We reserve the right to require signature confirmation or other proof of delivery at our discretion.
International Shipping
International orders are processed and shipped on a case-by-case basis. Customers will be notified before finalization.
3. Shipping Eligibility and Restrictions
We primarily ship within the United States. We do not routinely ship to:
- International addresses
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with shipping restrictions.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather events
- Carrier service interruptions
- Incorrect address information
- Acts beyond our control
5. Combined Shipments
If multiple orders are placed by the same customer using the same name and shipping address, we reserve the right to combine them into one shipment.
By placing an order, you agree that eligible orders may be consolidated.
6. Service Upgrades
We may upgrade shipping methods at no additional cost at our discretion.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate shipping method for each order.
7. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Risk transfers to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- The customer must contact us immediately if incorrect
- Address changes may require UPS verification
- Customers must notify us of changes
We are not responsible for incorrect delivery due to wrong address input.
9. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows delivered, the package is considered delivered.
- Contact the carrier
- File a claim
- Provide documentation
Reshipment is case-by-case.
10. Lost Packages in Transit
We will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacement shipments may be issued at our discretion.
11. Insurance
We do not automatically insure shipments beyond carrier coverage.
12. Order Review and Verification
We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or cannot be verified.
13. Packaging
Orders are shipped in non-descript packaging. The return address will list GP Research.
