This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which refunds or replacements may be issued.
1. Non-Returnable Products
For safety, compliance, and quality assurance reasons:
- Products that have been opened, altered, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.
- Products removed from their original sealed condition are not eligible for return.
- Returns are not accepted due to buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, misunderstanding of specifications, or improper storage.
- All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
2. Eligible Issues
We may provide a replacement or refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Damaged products received
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items
- Lost packages in transit
All claims are subject to review and approval at our discretion.
3. Reporting Timeframes
- Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- Lost packages must be reported within 72 hours of the expected delivery date.
Failure to report within these timeframes may result in denial of the claim.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Risk of loss transfers upon shipment. If a package is marked delivered but believed stolen or misdelivered:
- Contact UPS directly
- File a carrier claim
- Provide supporting documentation (e.g., police report)
Replacement or refund may be considered only after carrier investigation.
Packages confirmed lost in transit may be replaced or refunded following verification.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Your order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photo or video evidence (if applicable)
6. Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 7–10 business days
- Return instructions will be provided if required
7. Package Refusal
If a package is refused and returned, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs, provided items are unopened and intact.
8. Order Review and Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny claims involving repeated requests, abuse, inconsistent information, or fraud indicators.

Concerns regarding product purity or performance must be submitted for review.
